Chipotle is my go-to spot, huge part of that is thanks to their amazing manager’s. I come to this location every week-day. I am always greeted with smiles and great customer service. The young lady at the cash register is always very polite. Kudos to the manager and the entire team for consistently delivering excellence!-L
Order placed online. Got confirmation number through email. Arrived 15 minutes after it said it would be ready. Order was never made. Manager said “Can’t do anything and I’d have to call 1800 chipotle. App said order was ready for pick up and it was in two bags. Arguably one of the worst locations in San Antonio as far as customer service goes. The workers at this particular location either are not trained well or just do no care about their job whatsoever.
