Food is always good, but my wrap is always cold. Im there waiting to pick it up and I only live 5 minutes away, but somehow it's still cold by the time I take my first bite. Great other than that.

Nice location and fast service, but lacking in tidiness....and I understand that everywhere is understaffed but overflowing trash bins is not a good thing for a place selling food. Maybe it was an of day.

Arguably one of the worst locations in San Antonio as far as customer service goes. The workers at this particular location either are not trained well or just do no care about their job whatsoever. There has not been a time I’ve gone in here to either pick up and order I placed online or just waiting in the line that hasn’t been an absolute mess. You will experience severely long wait times. Staff is very unorganized. Workers will tell you that they are out of things just to simply push you through the line fast, just for you to see that a few people down are getting what you were told they were “completely out of.” A couple of the workers are very rude. I can’t tell if it’s because they are overwhelmed being the one only on the line, while there are 3-4 in the back cooking the meat. The food is usually pretty good once you actually finally get it, so that’s the reason for the 2 stars. If you are able to go to a different location, I would save yourself the headache and do so.

Chipotle is my go-to spot, huge part of that is thanks to their amazing manager’s. I come to this location every week-day. I am always greeted with smiles and great customer service. The young lady at the cash register is always very polite. Kudos to the manager and the entire team for consistently delivering excellence!-L

Order placed online. Got confirmation number through email. Arrived 15 minutes after it said it would be ready. Order was never made. Manager said “Can’t do anything and I’d have to call 1800 chipotle. App said order was ready for pick up and it was in two bags. Confirmed correct location with register employee and manager and still just said call 1800 number. Was charged for food but they refused to just make it. Wouldn’t answer any question and just said to call 1800 number then ran to the back. If going to location recommend only going inside to place order.

I placed an order for pick up, but due to work, I couldn't make it on time. When I arrived 30 mins later, I discovered that my order had been stolen from their easily accessible pre paid pick up area. What disappointed me the most was the manager's response. Instead of taking responsibility, she tried to blame me for arriving late, heavily implying that it was the reason for the theft. However, their pick up station is not monitored by staff and literally anyone can walk in and steal an order, regardless of arrival time. It is not the responsibility of a paying customer to ensure that my order is not stolen if I arrive late. When I expressed these concerns to the management, they had the audacity to ask why I hadn't used DoorDash delivery instead. This kind of unprofessional and simply laughable behavior from management of any establishment is unacceptable and should be reevaluated by its corporation.

I have no issues with this restaurant whenever I dine in or I pickup since I can ask. But every time that I want to utilize the convenience of delivery they forget something like the vinaigrette for the salad. It’s literally what makes it a salad and not just a bowl, tried to call the restaurant in advance to remind them to not forget them but their system was not helpful.

OK, let me start this with I eat Chipotle once a week, and this place is close to my home, so on occasion. While it's not bad, it doesn't seem to measure up to the other locations I go to. Now let the story begin:It was a rainy, miserable kind of morning, but there was sunshine on the horizon, a chicken bowl, and happy customers were in the air. Unfortunately, that did not last.Today was an example of dreams crushed, They opened late, and then when they did open the door, the line wasn't ready with food.That being said, I would have happily waited as, like the commercial says, always fresh. So I was down with a little wait, but wait, it got worse as I was standing there watching them prep everything, and then it happened.A bag of some meat products came out. Wait, what? It's all fresh according to the commercials, another dagger in the heart of a loyal customer; Then I thought, no way, did they save that one from last night?The dude finally makes his way over to me and states we are a little behind, so we don't have everything ready. I look shocked and dismayed. Wait, but you have staff, and I have expectations.Mind you, the whole time, there were five people in the back prepping. Someone was prepping chips, cmon man, chips. There were people waiting for real fresh food. Suffice it to say I had to draw a line in the sand and had to walk out.late openingun-Fresh food in a bag (Shame on You)no veggies on the line (Shame)no brown rice on the line (Shame)it was a bit much, and if this sounds picky, then you probably forgot what good service and fresh food mean.Sorry big strike out Chipotle Bandera Pointe
