At 10:52 p.m. at night on 4/20 in the drive thru the customer service was terrible. They kept incessantly asking if we were “ready to order” when we needed more time and told them such. They rushed us through and were unapologetically rude. There were no cars behind us and no reason to be in a rush.

I called these people and the manager answered the phone. I told her about their reviews and how shameful it is for them to have all one star reviews. You wanna know what she said to me in response? "Yes it is! I have to go. Bye!" They have no shame, respect, honor, etc. If it were up to me, I would have shut this place down for good. For your own safety and time, please do not waste your time at all ordering anything from here. The employees do not care about customer service and they probably don't even get paid enough for this. Have a wonderful day/night. I'm never getting anything from here again.

Came to get breakfast burrito combo and I was very disappointed with my food, the burritos are not burritos they actually look like the size of an egg roll, very expensive for what you get in return and the tortilla was hard and cold. People instead you all go to Marys Tacos at helotes, you will spend about 8 dlls for way bigger tacos, hand made tortillas and your coffee. I will call McDonalds Burrito Combo (Burrito mini bite egg roll combo).

Would love to give them 0 stars.Cashier can't count. Gave me back the wrong changeCooks can't count. Ordered a triple cheeseburger. Got 2 hamburger patties on the burger.They brought out food for 4 or 5 cars that ordered and parked AFTER us. As a result we had cold greasy fries.
