About McDonald's

Based on recent reviews, this McDonald's location offers a mixed experience. Customer service is often described as super nice, friendly, and respectful, with fast service for both drive-thru and takeout. However, some visits have been less positive. One reviewer had a bad experience but was later very impressed, noting their spicy deluxe was fresh, hot, and "so pretty." Another found the nuggets always taste like they’re heated in a dirty oven, with a sticky floor and dirty tables in the play place. A different customer had a poor experience, waiting 15 minutes at window #2 for a fish sandwich (called a "minnow sandwich" for its small size) and a gold sauce chicken wrap, which arrived almost cold and was messy. On the other hand, one visitor had the best quality McDonald’s food for lunch, calling this the cleanest and nicest location in San Antonio. Another guest enjoyed a spicy mcchicken sandwich late at night, served faster than ever by a welcoming employee named Ayden. Overall, the quality and cleanliness seem to vary, though the staff is generally praised for being helpful.
