I would like to recognize employee - 'Austin' for going over and beyond today, 8/15/2025; 1130AM. I had trouble with the McD App, he was willing to assist and checked up on me. Austin was also very kind and has a positive demeanor; he brought me a cup of water. Thank you! :)
As a customer for 5 years, I have never had any negative issues with this location. I do drive thru and dine in. Have no complaints with the food and no complaints with customer service.
