In all my 31 yrs of life I have never had this happen, I had the worst order brought to me through door dash. They forgot my basket of fries, no ice in my teas and worst of all my daughter bites into her spicy mcchicken and there's a piece of wood in the sandwich. The restaurant doesn't answer, door dash refunded me $4. If my daughter would have choked I would be at the restaurant slapping tf out of everybody behind that counter.

They kept gettin5my order wrong so I came home with lots of food. The guy in the drive through spoke too soft you could not hear himMy burgers were dry they must have been left over from the
This location does not have the workers manning the actual register. There is a sign that the kiosk must be used which is an inconvenience for older people who don't know how to use it. Also, there is no one here and it took over 20 min to get our breakfast. The Egg from the big breakfast was still runny and didn't look cooked all the way.

Dirty tables, and they don't bring your order to your table when you order via the kiosk. Instead, they call the order number which is fine but I didn't have the number because I didn't get a receipt from the kiosk. The food was good but everything else could have been better.

I went in to order and they tolde I had to use kiosk machine..I tried to explain to management that I really can't read..Was told not my problem..Either I had to have them help with it or I could go somewhere else..I did go somewhere else..The staff at the location is overall so rude..I have told my family not to go to this location..
