One of the cleanest McDonald’s we’ve ever been in! All the Crew and staff are great! We go here at least twice a week and have never had any problems. Keep it up “McDonald’s near Sea World!”
I arrived with my coupon/Wendy's app and was told they could not use their scanner and can't honor my app reward .....And although they looked at the coupon on my phone.. they shrugged it away and said we'll just give you a free cheeseburger which was not even an adequate trade off....based on value. At that point I left and did not do business with them.They made me feel like it was my fault that the scanner on their system wasn't working.

With many McDonald's in the area, a long line means ungodly wait time, cold food, and melted ice in your drinks. This location, whether it be due to where it is, who they hire, or whatever the factors may be, is distinguished from it's sister restaurants. I've had large orders take less than 10 minutes to come out and I've only ever seen one car sent to the time out parking spaces, and the staff are always diligent and kind, taking accurate orders.
