Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered on door dash. Dasher contacted me at 9:09 to say restaurant was closed and they couldn’t get the order. Manager at the location said if they aren’t there by 9:10 they throw the food out. Dasher was there prior to 9:09. Manager was not kind or courteous. Was excited to have bill millers after having moved from San Antonio a while back. Won’t return to any location of bill millers due to the managers lack of empathy and poor customer...read full review
The meals were good but they forgot to give me my pecan pie and it was paid for 😞.
Went to get turkey plate today and rcvd something completely different!
