Bill Miller Bar-B-Q Reviews
Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered on door dash. Dasher contacted me at 9:09 to say restaurant was closed and they couldn’t get the order. Manager at the location said if they aren’t there by 9:10 they throw the food out. Dasher was there prior to 9:09. Manager was not kind or courteous. Was excited to have bill millers after having moved from San Antonio a while back. Bill Miller BBQ is a local barbecue restaurant that offers a variety of Tex-Mex and classic BBQ dishes. Many customers have enjoyed their meals, particularly the moist and flavorful fried chicken, which has received positive feedback. The restaurant also serves breakfast tacos and biscuits and gravy, which are highly loved by customers. The sweet tea is consistently fresh, adding to the overall experience. The drive-thru service is often quick, especially when ordering bacon/bean tacos, which are praised for their great taste and affordable price. Inside, the staff, particularly Teresa, provides friendly and cheerful service, making visits more pleasant. Some diners have experienced issues with their orders, including smaller portions like tiny legs instead of full servings, and occasional concerns about the freshness of meats, such as brisket and wild bill. Hygiene practices have also been questioned, as kitchen staff sometimes do not wear gloves while preparing food. Despite these concerns, the restaurant remains a decent choice for traditional barbecue and Tex-Mex cuisine in the area, with hopes for continued improvements in service and food quality.
