Dude in the mic just kept rushing wouldn't allow me to finish speaking if your a mind reader don't ask me what I would like to eat. Just put my order in and tell me to pull up. That's how I felt during the experience and it was upsetting me. Food came out wrong but the lady at the windows fixed it very quickly and it was nice and hot and fresh so good recovery on the food work on the drive thru experience it's okay to let customers talk.
This is the fast food of BBQ. The brisket simply wasn't good (very bland and overcooked) and was covered with a lousy red(ish) sauce.The Mac n' cheese was better than the brisket.

Employees preparing food without gloves. When I asked the Manager why they didn't have gloves she said"Her hands are clean"...hands are never 100% clean. Do a glow germ test and see it for yourself. Please wear your gloves and yes wash your hands.
