Is the second drive-thru lane broken? It keeps getting skipped while the first lane is being used. It’s unacceptable to wait 20 minutes in line while the first lane moves very quickly.
If the drive-thru sensors are malfunctioning, close the second lane. There’s no need to manipulate the speed numbers in the first lane when customers are waiting for over 20 minutes in the second lane.

Quarter Pounder with cheese. 2nd burger in a few days; very salty. No problem; no salt from now on.
