Placed an order via the app and chose to pick up order at counter. The app allowed me to make this option, however, when I arrived the doors were locked. I instead went through the drive through and it was the slowest experience I’ve encountered in a while and was provided cold food.
I usually go to the drive thru. The few times I went inside I had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I won't use the kiosk that they have available. In my opinion as long as people work there I shouldn't be given the option to use a self service machine to place my order. Besides they seem to work faster in the drive thru.
