The lady at the window was extremely nice and polite. She even told me to be very careful with the coffee when she handed it to me because it’s hot. I should have asked her for her name.
Shanti A. provided excellent customer service during my visit today! Shanti A. was very friendly, attentive, and made sure my meal was hot, fresh, and prepared well. I really appreciate the great service and welcoming staff at this McDonald’s. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the San Antonio Airport area!
If you're going for the playplace, don't. Everything else is fine.

McDonald's, a well-known fast-food restaurant, continues to receive mixed reviews from customers. The menu items, such as the Chicken McNuggets and Dr. Pepper, are generally described as fresh and tasty, though the fries were noted to be aging in one instance. The restaurant's management has instilled a sense of pride in the employees, as evidenced by the well-maintained restrooms and the overall cleanliness of the premises. Chantelle and the entire staff at this McDonald's location are praised for their friendliness, attentiveness, and providing a positive dining experience that exceeds expectations. However, some customers have experienced challenges with the availability of certain menu items, such as the frappe, when ordering for delivery. The small parking lot and the potential for drive-thru congestion may also pose some challenges for customers.
