Staff is usually avoidant and rarely at the counter. The layout of the bathroom put me in an awkward situation once (I stood waiting on a guy to use the sink...heard a zip and realized he was that the sink. It was awkward for sure) though, today they got my food out super fast. So far no one has told me no to a cup of water. Whataburgers main manager trespassed me over asking for water. They used to be, but McDonald's will now be the only restaurant nearby that I will buy food...read full review
Good experience, a little too expensive, and not as quick as id like for the price.
