I had an awful experience with the manager of this location. I ordered free sauces on the mobile app and received far less product than what I had ordered. When I called the store for an explanation the manager was incredibly rude and told me the sauces cost extra. I would have been happy to pay for the sauce, but as I was ordering through the app, they were priced at $0.00. I cannot believe that based on her disgusting attitude towards customers she has not been fired yet. I will be taking this complaint to the corporate offices.

I use this branch at least once or twice a week. Workers here frequently make mistakes on orders. I ordered diet coke and they gave me cherry coke five times in the last three months. Also, they add the fundraiser money without my permission. I could not change and argue about my order because I drove through and left the branch already when I noticed the order was wrong. Also, I did not want to argue about fundraising because their English level cannot take argument.I just have to use this branch because it is the ckosest one from UT campus. The worst branch ever.

I arrived at the store, went inside and as I am attempting to approach the counter Sandy scream out " ummm, you can not bring your bike in here, you need to take it outside or I am not serving you." I asked "You do not see a bike rack, where am I supposed to lock it up at? " She walks away. Then returns behind the counter. I reach out to Doordash Support, take pics to send to Doordash support, which is attempting to reach the store at that moment with no prevail. I informed her that I was there to pick up a Doordash order, and she responded " I don't care, no one is going to tell me what to do." Eventually and thankfully Doordash cancelled the order and was able to leave. Afterwards I was thinking how shocked, disgusted and appalled that not only in this day and age but from another minority I would be hearing The Sound of Present Day Prejudice.

Din’t buy drinks there because there is an old man that accosts customers if they go for a refill. He was very rude and grabbed my hand and my cup and told me there were no refills and “to git out of here.shoo, scram! “ And he waved his hand as emphasis.Soda fountains are out in the dining room and no signs saying no refills.This is NOT a friendly McD. Assaulting customers for trying to get a refill after buying food and for outright being rude because he thought he could. He said he was the owner, but he wasn’t wearing anything that identified him as so. He said he made the rules! Maybe Corporate should hear of the franchise on N. Lamar and Koenig in Austin!

I saw employees touching their hair with gloves on in the kitchen then going back to cooking without changing gloves or washing her hands, the lady working the counter was more worried about the conversation she was having with the cooks than she was even greeting or looking at any of the customers. She didn't give me nuts or my cherry on my Sunday, there were several women with hair well below their shoulders in length and they all wore their hair in ponytails. I'd be curious to know how many people find hair in their orders at this store. If the employees would stop gossiping amongst each other and start paying attention to the customers, I would venture a guess that ticket times would drop drastically and customer satisfaction would likely result in an overall boost in sales.
