My food is always good when I come here.
It was super busy and the drive thru was very slow
Don’t drive away from the drive thru window until you check your bag(s) for accuracy. 1/25 chance of getting any condiments. 1/50 chance they’re accurate. They must be trying to cut corners and tell their staff not to include with orders. It’s too excessive and for years.

McDonald's is a restaurant with generally friendly staff who try to fix any issues. They work with what they have, including dealing with short staffing. The restaurant recently underwent a quality overhaul, resulting in better experiences for customers.
The BEST caramel sundae can be found here, with the sauce feeling warm and the cup not being sticky. Sauces are correctly bagged 95% of the time. Napkins and ketchup are also available.
However, it is advised not to go too late at night. Some customers may have unrealistic expectations about the food, such as asking for freshly made fries with a specific amount of salt. Despite this, the staff remains accommodating. The food can be good or bad, even if it's not what the customer ordered, which seems to be a recurring theme at this location. Customers have had a pleasant experience for a birthday dinner, and the staff is responsive to dietary restrictions.
