I placed a mobile order for some soft drinks and a smoothie just now. The drive-thru was pretty long, so I went inside thinking it would be faster. It wasn’t, but I was fine with waiting as it was pretty busy and I wasn’t in a rush. While waiting, there was a teenage boy (pretty sure he was a teenager) that was working so hard! McDonald's offers decent food. The management team provides exceptional service, addressing mistakes promptly. Friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere. The hashbrowns and Egg McMuffin are highlights. However, the drive-through service may be slow, with orders sometimes arriving incomplete and not freshly made. The food took a long time and cleanliness was okay at best. The drive-through employee was very rude and got the order wrong. The cashier was great and very nice.
