Jnic is the BEST! Right before KFC was about to close, she took my order and provided the most amazing customer service. She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely made my night. You don’t always come across people who go above and beyond, and Jnic definitely did! KFC is lucky to have her. ❤
incredibly clean and nice restaurant, food came out quick and correct. very polite customer service and workers. i haven’t had such a good KFC experience.
Service is not good. Orders are wrong here far mot often than other fast food restaurants. At drive through I have to double check. I'm no longer ordering for delivery. You can't blame the delivery driver when what is in the sealed bag is wrong. I appreciate the refund on the incorrect orders, but I'd rather pay money and get what I want.
