Same complaint as everyone else. Wait time with no warning. Went through the drive thru, had me pull up to a spot. After 30 min, went in and the girl said oh, ya, right here. It had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. Seems like the same complaints and nobody is doing anything. Such a shame. Used to be good.

I put an online order in and went to get it and had so much trouble, the person at the window and the manager was telling me I had to go inside to get my order and I said I couldn't go inside cause I'm disabled and didn't have my scooter to go inside, that's why I ordered online for the drive-thru service. Well I'm still sitting here waiting, they tell me to keep pulling around the building and get in line again. Here goes my 6th time around. I won't be back!!!

Ordered online.. Order was ready around 8:45 when I showed up.. Was told to come inside .. Because my order wasn't "ready".. I waited till 9PM.. Name was never called as a few other customers came in behind me and had gotten served. Looked at the bag that's been sitting in the ready for pickup bin and it was my order.. That order had been sitting up there since I walked in.. So my order was ready this whole time and I was told to come in and wait just for my order to had been ready.. And this was from the manager.. Can't get it right at the top how are the employees suppose to?

This place is absurdly filthy, from grease smeared kiosk to un swept floors and a restroom with a mountain of refuse in it.although the staff was relatively friendly i know they are overworked and underpaid and that sucks but this makes no sense.

This KFC in temple tx told me 30 minute weight on original... I don't see how they make money.. giving such Long wait times. It's 8:30 pm.. I would think they would have 8 pieces of original up.

Stopped by to pick up something I decided to get a pot pie it’s good and everything but the soda machine is terrible I don’t usually drink them but I had a Dr Pepper and ended up dumping it out! Went into the men’s restroom it was filthy paper everywhere

Terrible!!! I made an app order and pulled up to the drive through window. And they had me park in a pickup spot. I waited for over thirty minutes, watching people come and go and taking out large bags of food. I went inside several times to ask about my order and it was never in the pickup rack. Finally I went in and asked where my order was, and the lady said, "oh." I asked her what happened, if they had forgotten about my order, she said, "yeah probably." The manager on duty's name was Kiki. After waiting that long and having them forgotten about my order, not even making it. I was not offered any apologies nor any compensation. They weren't even busy, im assuming, just lazy. Terrible service, what happened to the days of good customer service. The worst part, was that I was given the hardest, most overcooked piece of chicken on virtually dry buns. Wow, I guess that's what we getting for politely asking about our order. Next time, I'll save myself the time, headache, and money and just go to Chic-fil-a. By the way, I also sent a message to their corporate office with no answer. We see how much KFC cares about their customers, their service, and their food .

The girl working the front today was so rude, I could have never been treated so rude just picking up an order that was already waiting to just grab, while trying to read the ticket the girl yelled at me to stop reading the ticket even though the ticket was clearly mine, I wasn't touching anything. This behavior isUnacceptable, shame on you.You mouth looked ugly while you were yelling

We went in on Fri March 15 2024 the food made all of us sick in dirahirra. Also the food wuz so hard couldn't chew it the Mac in cheese wuz cold in nasty the food wuz terrible I ought to report y'all to health department. I would like a refund on our meal in we will not come here no more that's how bad it wuz .

Horrible!!! Got my order delivered we ordered the fill up box. and it was no where near fresh. The chicken was old, cold and burnt.??? the fries was over cooked. The biscuits was undercooked. I am so disappointed. Do you guys think our dinner.
Told I could only order through Door Dash...I'm not paying a markup for doordash at the drive through.
