Had an unacceptable wait for a simple sausage biscuit order; had to go back to counter to get it. Food was tasty once I finally got it. Restaurant clean inside.
Not sure how to comment on this one. I mean, do the big corporations really read these or do they just send random emails to people stating they’ve read their comments? I’m really curious to know. I tried to complain a few times about a specific store and how their menu boards are out more than their ice cream and milkshake machines. How does a chain allow a restaurant to be below expectations?

The drive thru can take more than 15 minutes and dining in can take 20 to 30 minutes to get food, which is always hot. The food quality is generally satisfactory, with friendly service from the staff like Red and Mya who handle each customer with love and respect.
