Ive been waiting in the drive-thru for 30 mins for our food and counting..... This was an online order too. This McDonald's used to be the best one ive ever been to. Not sure what happened! Management?

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. First time their screens froze for mobile ordering so I waited 30 minutes before another customer came out and let me know. Second time I pull up to wet floor signs in the drive thru and there was at least a 30 minute wait for an order. I was then told I could go to another McDonald’s with my receipt to get my food, which turned out to be a lie. There will not be a third time. Had an unacceptable wait for a simple sausage biscuit order; had to go back to counter to get it. Food was tasty once I finally got it. Restaurant clean inside.
