went thru drive thru. ordered one of the box meals, nacho bell meal, quesadilla, burrito supreme, cheesy potatoes and cinnamon things. when food was first handed to us i looked in bag and asked about the rest of the food. they proceed to tell me thats everything. i said no it isn't and named off the order. the cashier asks about the order to the food prep guy who then states that isn't the order. he goes to prepare it ( takes at least 10-15 minutes ). they hand me another bag....read full review
Very disappointed. The floor was filthy. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Food on the floor and it was dirty. Food on the counter. My nacho chips were stale. I'm done with this taco bell. And it's by my house!! Sorry, but Taco Bell in general is nothing like it used to be.

Even though we know it's not Mexican food, we go. We have to go through the pain of ordering on their own terms in their system and sometimes it takes a long time. When you have only 30 minutes for lunch is not convenient. Their excuse is that is corporate orders. Well if they don't fix this inconvenience soon, there will not be a corporation. My last time at the place was these week. Good luck to the corporation.
