I ordered spicy chicken nuggets and French fries, and two kids meals. When I got to the window I was given regular nuggets. I asked the cashier if I could have the spicy nuggets. She condescendingly asked if I truly ordered spicy nuggets. Then I asked her to replace the French fries because they were cold. She snatched the bag and buffed and lifted about it and another worker came back with fries that were still barely warm. The nuggets were fried so hard that they disintegrated...read full review
Very modern mininimal set up, easy to use self service kiosk but help available, very clean and fast service
Was asked to pull forward , after 15 mins I went inside to get my food. Walked back to my car just to realize they gave me an incomplete order. Went back inside and couldn’t find anyone to speak to finally after another 13 mins I got my meal. 28 mins for drive thru fast food is insane! Asked to speak to a manager never got one so I left. Got home with watery drinks because they gave me them right after I paid. Tried calling to speak to a manager and no one is answering.

The restaurant offers great customer service and a kind, professional staff who went above and beyond to resolve missing items. Mobile ordering is advertised as convenience, but some customers feel standing around waiting when there’s nobody in the restaurant defeats the purpose, though the lady at the window is very kind. Regulars enjoy getting fresh food after their shift, even if it takes about 5 minutes. The place has a relaxed atmosphere, letting customers sit and relax before food arrives. In the morning the energy is high, with highschoolers making it busy, but the experience remains very good.
