Everything is great with this restaurant except the long drive thru line in the morning. Other locations aren't usually as busy as Belt Line Rd. and Walnut Hill Ln.
French fries were cold and limp as though they were soaked in grease and the burger was cold. The chocolate shake was alright.
Joshua has the most upbeat energy. His demeanor uplifted me on my exhausting break and he is full of Christmas spirit. I’ve never heard a more genuinely kind and enthusiastic McDonald’s employee. Not only does he need a raise he needs a promotion. I went out of my way to ask who took my order because he wasn’t at check out in the drive thru. He was incredible! Go Joshua!
