As of mom of two young boys, I frequent McDonald’s more than I’d like to admit. We have been to dozens of locations all over the DFW area. This location is, by far, the best one we have been too. Very clean in the dining room and bathrooms. All of the employees have been very nice. Our order was correct and everything tasted fresh and well prepared! - the only thing we would change, is to add some sort of kids’ space. (My boys told me to add that in my review!)
Huge shoutout to Ofelia! We got here right at the cutoff for breakfast, and she went above and beyond to check and make sure we could still get our food. She was so awesome and provided amazing service to start our day off right. 5 stars all the way!
The McDonalds at Park and Preston has - by far - the friendliest staff of all of the McDonalds in a 10 mile radius. They are the only store that actually has someone greet you when you come in and doesn't expect you to just order off the screen. Every other McDonalds in the area of West Plano/Carrollton or North Dallas has employees that barely acknowledge you. Whoever owns this one hires quality people and clearly trains them well in customer service!
