Jimmy John's in Plano

“I ordered the tuna sandwich from Jimmy John's, and it wasn’t bad at all. Like they advertise, it was made super fast, and the restaurant was pretty clean with a chill vibe. The staff were cool and efficient. My only complaint is about the Sidekick Ranch – they changed the recipe, and it’s honestly horrible now. No idea why they’d mess with a good thing. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it! Overall, a solid experience, but I wish they'd bring back the old ranch. 4 stars.“

“While I am not a “chain” person, Jimmy John’s never lets me down! I have ordered from this location multiple times for delivery (group order) and the service, quality of food and accuracy of order is always “perfect”! I especially like the umwich option as I don’t eat bread very often. They even dropped a hand written thank you in this last order. Best sandwiches!!!“

“I love that Jimmy John's is around the corner from my office. It's so easy to order online, follow the track order and know exactly when it's ready for picking up at the store. A 16 in long sandwich can be cut into two or three days' worth of lunch. I always ask for extra lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and other vegetables. It is always fresh and definitely fills you up for the price.“

“So I love ordering from here and it's my favorite location as it's close and convenient to where I live however I know my building is hard to get into so I left in the delivery instructions to call my number which I left if needed and was never told for over 30 minutes that my order was actually outside the building where anyone could've taken it. Food was great though just wish service would've been better.“
