“While I am not a “chain” person, Jimmy John’s never lets me down! I have ordered from this location multiple times for delivery (group order) and the service, quality of food and accuracy of order is always “perfect”! I especially like the umwich option as I don’t eat bread very often. They even dropped a hand written thank you in this last order. Best sandwiches!!!“
“I get Jimmy John's from this location about once every one to two weeks. They're usually very fast. They're usually correct down to every detail. If you want to increase the odds of it being fast and accurate, use the app. Of all the food chains, theirs is most reliable, has every option, takes the payment properly, and submits the order to the restaurant promptly. If this all sounds too routine, you probably haven't tried as many of the other apps as I have. It's nice that theirs works as it should. If you're new to Jimmy Johns, they're pretty good, the bread is good, the meats and veggies are fresh. All their sandwiches are cold so don't go here looking for meatball or cheesesteak. Turkey and Italian are what they do best. The capicola is very good. If you're in a hurry, just order #9. What I love most about Jimmy Johns is that they don't ask me a million questions like that garbage dump, Subway. There's a default way they make the sandwich. Read the sign or use the app for details. If you want to stray from that in any way, tell them or check and uncheck items in the app. It's that easy. Order, pay, eat. As it friggin should be.“
“I'm usually going to this JImmy Johns on my way to work. I notice the same guy is always there when I pick up my sandwich. Recently, I went to pick up a sandwich and noticed that there was a different guy behind the counter, I was a little worried and as I was unwrapping my sandwich I was disappointed that it hadn't been cut in half as I eat half in the beginning of my shift and the rest towards the end. No big deal, but as I took a bite I was very dissatisfied- I noticed that it was thrown together and the avocado spread was missing- the veggies weren't looking fresh as usual. I don't usually do this but I decided to call up and let a manager know. He said the person I described as usually making my sandwiches was named Trent. Trent makes perfect sandwiches. “The food was simply Bussin!! I only gave it four stars because the staff were rude to each other and the back smelled like mop water. They seemed to be arguing about customer service. However, the guy was super nice to me and fast at taking my order.“
“This was the best experience I have ever had at any place!!! I’m an Uber driver, my passenger has cancer he said he was hungry. I hadn’t eaten all day so I agreed to take him to eat at Jimmy John’s. This man is very fragile. They opened the door for us both before we were fully out of the car seeing my passenger with a walker. He fell attempting to gain entry (he’s ok), they assisted him up and to a table. I did not catch your names but you both were so amazing today!! Thank you for your help and kind hearts!!! I’ll come see y’all soon to get another yummy unsandwich!“
