“I had an amazing experience at Jimmy John’s today thanks to Diondre! He did a truly magnificent job. He took the time to explain the menu in detail, went back over our order to make sure everything was correct, and was incredibly patient and friendly throughout the whole process.

He also educated us about the rewards program and made sure we understood how it works, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to see customer service that goes so far above and beyond these days.
