Jimmy John's in Richardson

“I cannot say enough great things about this Jimmy John's location. At 12:00 PM, I was unexpectedly tasked with putting together a catering order for the office, and I was worried there was no way it could come together on such short notice. Not only did the team make it happen, but they exceeded every expectation.

The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The sandwiches were labeled individually, which was incredibly helpful and made distribution effortless. Anyone who has coordinated catering for a large group knows how much those little details matter.

I especially want to recognize Crystal, who was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Chris, the manager, also deserves recognition for leading a team that clearly cares about customer service and getting things right. Even though the store was experiencing challenges with their ovens that day, they never let it impact the customer experience. Communication was excellent, expectations were managed, and they still delivered an exceptional result.

A special thank you as well to the delivery driver, who arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and ensured everything was delivered perfectly.

The food was a huge hit with our office. The portions were generous, everything was fresh, and people were raving about it all afternoon. What could have been a stressful, last-minute catering situation turned into one of the best catering experiences I've had.

Thank you to Crystal, Chris, the delivery driver, and the entire team for going above and beyond. This is customer service done right, and I will absolutely be ordering from this location again!“

“I mean there ain't more to say except Greg and a couple of other people there are awesome. My gf and I won't even go to another location bc we feel like we're cheating on him hahaha. Seriously though, 20/10 definitely recommend“

“Best location. I drive 30 minutes for this location. Yes it's worth it. Food is always good. The people make it even better. Great staff. OK JJ now this location needs more help. I am here on a Sunday and it's busy with only 1 person working.“
