“In my opinion, this is one of the best Jimmy John’s locations in the DFW area! Because of my job, I don’t always get a full lunch hour, so I need somewhere I can quickly grab my food and go. That’s exactly what I love about this location—I place my order, and within seconds, it’s ready.

The service is fast, the staff is efficient, and the food is always good. My go-to order is the Gargantuan on the Garlic & Herb Wrap, and I definitely recommend it! “Quick to greet everyone with a hello and a smile is Cassandra & Kent. Both are managers. This clean little sandwich shop franchise is easy to come into and fun to stay and watch. They greet each customer with a smile as said, more importantly they serve fast made delicious sandwiches. Fun: check out the restroom & check out their little signs around the shop. Good humor is abound everywhere. More importantly, it's a clean restaurant, clean restrooms, clean floors, clean tables,& clean seats.“

“We almost skipped this location because of its 2.9-star rating, and I'm so glad we didn't. Akari was working when we came in, and he completely made our visit. His energy was genuinely incredible. Friendly, upbeat, and you could tell he cared about getting things right. On top of that, he had elite taste in music, with Michael Jackson's greatest hits playing that added to the vibes.

Every order came out perfect, including our daughter's very specific request of just tuna in a bowl with pickles on the side. He didn't miss a beat and made her feel like it was the most normal order in the world.

Come for the food (it's Jimmy John's, you know what you're getting), but stay for Akari. He brightened our whole day. Management, please make sure he knows how much he's appreciated!“
