I am a longtime JJ customer but new to this location. I don't think I've ever waited more than 20 minutes for a JJ sandwich, much less over an hour like I did today. I am kind of shocked, but it looks like this is par for the course for this location. I won't be ordering from them again. If I was going to wait 72 minutes, I would've ordered from a local sandwich shop instead. JJ's being a fast meal is a major part of the appeal for me. Update: After receiving an inedible sandwich and complaining about it in a survey (and on here), the manager called me and more than made it right. Nice to know customer service is still valued in some places. Thank you.

This is a good store. I order from here 2-3 times a week and the food tastes great and fresh. One time I got a sandwich with too much oil and they comped it, no problem. The bad reviews are probably from when the store was brand new, things change. Dog friendly too.
