For me, gastronomy is something as important as a doctor and explained to him the doctor saves lives and the gastronomic recovers the soul to the body. You just have to feel hungry or want to be able to taste something that you don't know what it is but you think about it. Add to that that the attention in this place is 11-10., dependents who even try to understand a demanding client in a language that is not theirs, congratulations
