I love Jimmy John’s. Been getting delivery from this location regularly for past 1.5 years. Always order the same sandwich. It’s comical at this point how they ALWAYS get at least one part of my order wrong. The most common one is forgetting to add sauce (almost every single time). Well this time they forgot TURKEY. Really!? On a turkey sandwich?! They’re sending me a new sandwich but still. Highly recommend going in PERSON to make sure they get your order right. I wish the app/website would let you choose which location delivers to you.

Got to the store and my food was supposed to be ready but wasn't there, I asked them to make it and they refused to do so, even though I already paid for the food. This place gets zero stars for the food I can't eat and zero stars for customer service. Would love to know how a business can just take $27 from someone and tell them they're out of luck.

Had to go into this location due to my 5 year old needing to use the restroom and the place next doors lack of facilities. There were no other patrons in the location and when asked for the restroom door code the employee gave attitude, walked over and unlocked the door. I told said employee thank you, and she scoffed right by me as if she had better things to be doing.While I understand I wasn't there for Jimmy John's, the attitude is unnecessary.

Longest wait I've ever had for a sandwich and we all know these subs suck compared to jersey Mike's. I had to leave without ever getting my order.

This is a good store. I order from here 2-3 times a week and the food tastes great and fresh. One time I got a sandwich with too much oil and they comped it, no problem. The bad reviews are probably from when the store was brand new, things change. Dog friendly too.
