We had several people order from our work. We are .07 miles away from the store and are charged an additional $1per sandwich. We also order at least twice a month and Today we got our order, total of 5 sandwiches, and 2 of them were wrong.
We called and spoke to the manager, explained what was wrong with the 2 sandwiches and asked if he was going to fix it or make it right. HE SAID NO!

Jessica the store manager was very nice and polite and professional- helped me on my first visit ever to jimmy johns and had fresh and clean store
This is the only store that is always super nice and they get my order right. Just like l like it. I am here every weekend. I drive 30mins just to come to this store.
