Employee Jawan was rude. Im asking him questions and got snotty answers. Never have been to Jimmy johns was treated this way. Then he was on his ear buds speaking to someone about are interaction loudly. I worked for jimmy johns in the past i would never speak or treat a guest in that manner. The resturant tables were dirty. Its 5pm..lunch rush is over around 1 pm. More than enough time to clean the tables. They were all dirty. Horrible location. We love Jimmy John’s, just not this location. Service is rude, slow and overall just uninviting. Today there was one employee working. The worker huffed and puffed while taking our order. Last time we came here the unsweet tea tasted days old. Today we came in and the worker told us there was no tea available. You feel as if you are a problem as soon as you walk in.
Do not go here if you expect reasonable customer service and interaction. The person working at lunch was beyond unreasonable w the attitude, the tone of voice, and the sass. There are plenty of other Jimmy John's locations I'll visit.
