Wow! Pretty shocked at the low score. Never had a problem. I live pretty close so I've always done pick up. I'm greeted every time. Every time they show me my pizza or whatever I ordered and I've ordered at least three or four times from here. Even when the guy was really busy while a few people were waiting before me after a few minutes he still asked how he could help me balancing cooking and phone and other customers, and my pizza was piping hot and ready.
