They use top quality lamb for the dishes, and the price is proper.

Our family LOVES Uyghur cuisine, so we were excited to see another Uyghur restaurant open nearby. We stopped by early one evening over the weekend, and surprisingly it wasn’t too busy.

As usual, we gravitated toward the lamb dishes. We ordered the Uyghur Polo and were expecting the cubed lamb shown in the photos.
