“I have not had the chance to try CAVA until last night, never even heard of the place. As far as first impressions go, the restaurant has a minimalist atmosphere, focusing on the menu and bringing your attention solely to the aroma of the seasonings and herbs used in their dishes, you’re met with an order system similar to chipotle but they offer their own unique dish variants, and they have several options for refreshing lemonades; I personally opted for the Cucumber Lime. I chose to get a bowl and let my imagination go crazy for the ingredients and still ended up with a delicious meal. Once I finished my bowl, I knew exactly what I wanted for my next dinner. I ventured to the CAVA at The Legacy, this is where I was met with superb customer service, barely any words were said but he understood exactly where I was coming from when I asked for extra servings and supplied me with an exuberant amount of lamb (at my request), making my experience MUCH more pleasant. Thank you CAVA and thank you most of all Eric! I will be back!“

“The hummus as a starter was very good, and the pita was fresh, hot, and delicious. My husband had the gyros plate and I had the chicken kabob. We both had salads that came with the dinner, and both felt the dressing was a little too acidic; it was almost like straight up lemon juice with herbs, and it just didn’t complement the salads. That was really our only complaint about the meal. My chicken kabob had a delicious marinade and the portion was generous. My husband said my chicken was much more flavorful than his gyros meat. Service was friendly and prompt. Overall very good experience!“

“Best hummus in the world, I have to say first. Ray is a charismatic, very friendly owner, who always makes you feel at home. Whenever I’ve visited, he usually runs the place himself... I recall that he has a ton of experience in the food industry as well. It’s mostly buffet style, but he will asks whether you want chicken or beef kebabs the moment you enter, and prepares them freshly. I do miss a certain red bean cold dish that he used to have, but it’s really not a loss; everything is absolutely delicious.“

“Really loved this place. Wife and I went here back to back weeks. Highly recommend the ribeye kabob, lamb chops, and bolani. Also their naan bread is delicious fresh nice and crispy some of the best naan I have had.

Both green and white sauce are good and go well with everything. Also their rice is very delicious. My only knock is for the ribeye kabob plate I would have liked a little more protein other than that everything was great.“

“This restaurant caters to my office sometimes in our cafeteria and I’ve grown to like it at work so have given the restaurant a try a few times now. Every time I go the food is fresh, the service is great, and it’s always clean. The platters are where it’s at, so good, and the falafel they always cook fresh for you. Will continue coming back to this location often!“
