“I've been to Luna Grill Plano twice now (back-to-back 😅), and it has quickly become one of my favorite places for fresh Mediterranean food.

I've ordered the salmon plate both times with rice and the house salad, and it has been consistently excellent. The salmon is cooked perfectly every time—slightly crispy on the outside while staying tender and flaky on the inside. The rice is always fresh and flavorful, and the house salad is made with crisp lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and comes with a fresh lemon on the side.

One of my favorite parts is the tzatziki sauce. It tastes incredibly fresh and homemade, and it's so good that I always ask for an extra one!

I always order takeout, but everything is clearly made fresh to order. While I wait, the staff is incredibly welcoming. They're always friendly, ask about my rewards account, let me know how many points I've earned, and even bring my takeout order to me while I'm sitting down. They've even offered me a cup for water while I wait, which is such a thoughtful touch.

I definitely plan on trying more of the menu eventually, but for now I'm happily stuck on the salmon plate because it's just that good. If you're looking for fresh, high-quality Mediterranean food with consistently great service and genuinely kind staff, I highly recommend Luna Grill Plano!“

“I am indeed a foodie and very picky about restaurants in the DFW area. However, Chef Gorji met my high standards with foods that were amazingly prepared. You can't go wrong with whatever you order but the Sea Bass and Vegetarian Lasagna had me wanting more. The grill vegetables were so well prepared I was left shocked by the seasoning he used. “Rose Mediterranean was exceptional. It started with our server Eric. He was very professional, polite and you could tell from his energy, he loves his job. The food was amazing. My girlfriend is Persian and she said it was the best Persian food she's had in a long time. The milk tea was actually really good, and the hookah/shisha was great too. If you are new to hookah, just ask them for a proper combination of paan and other flavors—they are super helpful with suggestions. The mint mojito was incredibly refreshing, almost like a frosted mint mojito. “I have been craving grilled kebab for months. While in town for work, I ordered take out from Avalon. Unfortunately the number on the website was inactive and a third party, Clover, seems to charge quite a bit more for their service to order on line.

All this said, it may have been the best kebab I’ve had. They forgot the pita, which I love. This did not impact my rating as it is a minor point and every other aspect was exceptional, so this is easily forgiven. I highly recommend Avalon.“

“My wife and I came here around 12:30a today and the experience sucked compared to 5 star experience we had last time. I had to track down someone to take my order. Eventually, our waitress came to us and we placed orders for a frozen sangria, ranchero pizza, and nachos. We moved from inside to the outdoor seating because it was a bit chilly inside. The food came quickly. The ranchero pizza was good if give it a 4/5. It had a good robust flavor. The nachos was just okay, the queso was cold and the steak toppings lacked flavor. The frozen sangria was just okay as well, because it had an unpleasant aftertaste. However, the night went downhill for us, and everyone who was eating outside when the roaches came, literally. At one table the roach flew over a woman's head. A roach crawled on the ground near us. We couldn't finish eating after that and went inside to find the waitress who was talking to customers and vaping. I have to mention that a few people outside were smoking. In Plano this is against the city ordinance. Our waitress seemed oblivious that everyone that was outside can't inside and seemingly everyone left after that. I brought you that roaches were swarming and going over people's and cratering by our feet and she attributed it to the weather. I've eaten outside before and never had to deal with roaches. I paid and left. The busser was very attentive and helpful however shout out to him. I would have included pictures of the roaches but I was busy dodging them.“
