“This place is awesome! We live in Southern Illinois and when traveling we look for Greek Style/Mediterranean restaurants. We were greeted promptly and with a smile. They have a lunch buffet with lots of good options which my wife chose. I wanted lamb kabobs so I ordered off the menu. The staff is very friendly and the waiter was checking on us to make sure everything came out the way we wanted it to. If I lived closer I would eat here EVERY week.“
“I was in the area and had never tried this spot. So glad I did. From the moment I walked in the cashier greeted me warmly. I ordered the gyro chicken platter. So delicious! I went away happy and full and I will most definitely be a regular customer “
“Went to dinner at 7:15 and it was LOUD, which is saying something for a Monday. The food was very good. We had the wagyu short rib with the potatoes and the octopus to start. I had a spicy ginger to drink which was also excellent. The only low point was dessert - the goat cheese cheesecake was more science project than after dinner delight, but Jordan was great about it and treated us great the whole night.Overall, it was a great date night.“
“This is one of our favorite places to eat by far. Everything is absolutely delicious and the service is amazing. So friendly and welcoming. But I can't wait to go back every time I leave. It's that delicious . My family loves eating here , we always agree to go back. ENJOY“
“I love Cava and so happy this location opened up. Was really craving this towards the end of the day. Despite it being late and around closing time, Earick was amazing! He was so friendly, patient and super nice. He even let me try one of the new meats. If you’re coming to northpark, please go stop by this location…. The experience itself will make you only come back to this location! Thanks Earick! I’ll be back!“
“Ordered chicken from here. It was char grilled to PERCECTION and was full of flavor. It also came with four different delicious sauces and perfectly made fragrant rice and salad. What a great deal and a generous amount of food. Could feed two people. I highly recommend this “
“10000/10 Highly recommend!!!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. Nazir (THE OWNER) went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, ensuring I had a memorable experience. I left feeling not only satisfied but uplifted by the kindness and culinary expertise of everyone .“
“What a great experience, dining at Sachet! We were welcomed by an incredible front of house personality in the form of our host, Kaston. Subsequently, we discovered that all of the staff reflected the traits of their remarkable GM, Shawna, who introduced herself to us early in our experience and followed up throughout the evening to insure our satisfaction. And satisfied, we were! We began our experience with delighful seasonal appetizers of yellow beets, Calamari fra diavolo, wood oven mushrooms and Fattoush. Yes, I know but we just couldn't narrow our selection, and our server, Leon made everything sound exceptional...so there you have it. It was all unique and a culinary delight, but then we ordered our main courses of Branzino (the best we've ever tasted), and the ribeye; cooked to perfection. We enjoyed so much great food, that we had abosolutely no room for dessert, which we will take care of this evening as return to this great restaurant with some friends from L.A. Don't miss out on this one!“
“Pita Shawarma is an absolute gem! The food is mouthwatering, bursting with flavor in every bite. From the savory shawarmas to the delectable sides, every dish is crafted to perfection. What truly sets Pita Shawarma apart is their exceptional service. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly, making every visit a delightful experience. Whether you're a shawarma enthusiast or just craving some delicious Middle Eastern cuisine, Pita Shawarma is a must-visit destination!“
“Yum!!!! We have eaten almost everything on the menu here and like it all. Gyros are delicious!!! They do something amazing with the onions on their wraps. rSo mild and delicious!!! Crisp hot fries. Service is wonderful! You oh. An also pick up pita chips (made in house) and dips to take home. So good :)Vegetarian options: Falafel, hummus, and many more items are vegetarianDietary restrictions: Vegetarian and gluten-free options availableKid-friendliness: Sweet and patient with young people.“
“I got the shrimp wrap + fries, and my brother got the chicken shwarma + fries. Mine was very, very good, ~$15, and filling. It was both only a little more expensive than a single meal at a fast food place and much better than fast food, so I'd say it's worth it. The service was a little slow, I think they were making a catering order or something at the same time. It was cramped, so Id take that into consideration if youre in a wheelchair. I also didn't like the chairs. But I was only there for a minute and the food was delicious.“
“We recently hosted a private event at Giovanni’s Mediterranean and Italian Cuisine for approximately 130 people. Alex and his wife were wonderful hosts! We were delighted by the bountiful buffet style set up and charmed by the individual hors d’oeuvres provided. The staff were quick to clear plates and were very attentive to guests. We could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend!“
“Awesome experience and amazing food. Charles is very personable and makes awesome drinks! Maddie is a great and fun to have as a server. I must say, my family and I loved the food and atmosphere. Check them out please, you’ll not be disappointed.Dietary restrictions: They have multiple dairy free options.“
“I really enjoyed dinner here! It's casual but a good place to sit down and eat with friends and family. It gets super crowded around 7:30+ on Fridays but still pretty decent service! You get complimentary water bottles, a soup (I think it was lentil soup) and dates! Delicious kabob and for a reasonable price! Definitely would come back and the don't forget to stop by the bakery next door and get some amazing baklava!!“
“We were in the area and decided to have a quick lunch here. The restaurant interior was very quiet and quaint, and our server was pleasant. We had the Falafel Starter as an appetizer. The falafel was one of the best I’ve had and liked the accompanying pita bread and hummus. For entrees, we had the Kofta Kabob and Greek Salad (add a Chicken Kabob). The food was really good and the hot tea was served in the cutest cup. I highly recommend this restaurant!“
“Enjoyed another excellent meal courtesy of Gorji and team last evening. The atmosphere is great; dim with candles and interesting music from Latin to French and everything in between. The wine list is incredible and tweaked often by Gorji who writes his own personal notes on the menu to assist in selection. Loved ours so much we took a bottle home.We had the sea bass and filet, grapefruit and prosciutto salads and ice cream and kefir with coffee. However, we’ve tried just about everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. The service is always impeccable and Gorji and team are most gracious hosts, greeting you upon arrival and seeing you off at the end of the meal. In a way you are their guest. The food is expertly, creatively, and I imagine lovingly prepared. Please be aware, it is not a place for children. Cell phone use is prohibited (love this). It is small with 5 tables. Parking is tight even though he has several reserved places. Plan ahead and/or take an Uber. The parking lot also has a golf cart shuttle. Don’t plan on ordering soft drinks or beer. It’s not that sort of place. Review the offerings in advance which are absolutely incredible and special in every way. I can’t imagine anyone would be disappointed, yet it may not be for everyone. This establishment is incredibly unique and very special. Truly a treasure of Dallas/Addison. If you have not visited Gorji you should put it on your to-do list. Then make your reservation and enjoy some of the best food our area has to offer (evidenced by his many awards). And, no tipping.“
“Delicious restaurant for a casual healthy Greek meal. You order at a counter and they bring your order to your table. Our orders came out quick too! I got a Luna vida classic bowl, which was flavorful and was easy to track macros if that is what you are looking for.“
“I hope this gem gets the recognition it deserves!! This is a family owned business, not a chain so don’t expect your food to come out strikingly fast. While you’re waiting- you’ll get free pita bread that I recommend enjoying with the spicy hummus (to die for)! The tabouli salad is the best I’ve ever had. Grilled tomatoes were fresh and beef tenderloin was as juicy as promised! Everyone is soooo friendly and makes you feel right at home. I loved sitting in the patio area but inside is just as welcoming! You won’t regret giving this place a try.Dietary restrictions: Options for all! Mediterranean food is the best.“
“The appetizers and main course were great. Service was spectacular, Rodrigo, and the manager were very eager to please.. The Greek version of Pailla was delicious. I will definitely go back again.Vegetarian options: Varieties of HummusParking: Covered parking garage.“
“We recently had the pleasure of dining at Sofra Kebab House on a cold, rainy Saturday. The owner and chef, Ray, who is from Kars in eastern Turkey greeted us and explained the dishes on the buffet. We were blown away by the flavors and authenticity of the food. We lived in Turkey for 7 years and it made us homesick. This was absolutely the best Turkish food we’ve had since moving back to the states. Some of our favorites included the grilled Adana Kebab, stuffed grape leaves, pita bread, kale salad, soup and…well we could go on and on.Ray is proud of his food and business and rightfully so. We were able to spend a little time visiting with him and although we didn’t solve any of the world’s problems, we certainly were on the same page.Great food, conversation and we made a friend! We’ll definitely be back.“
“This was my first time going to this place and I believe it's called Ephesus Mediterranean. I hope that I'm pronouncing that correctly. But if I'm not, I apologize, but the food was delicious. I posted pictures separately. I can't ever post pictures when I actually writing the review so I apologize that I'm not able to put these in at the time that I'm making this video but I've labeled everything. Thank you.“
“This was our first time at Kostas and we will be back! Donna was our server and she went above and beyond for us. There was live music and the place has such a cute, quaint atmosphere. The food was incredible and the deserts were even better! We had the Greek combo and it was plenty to split between the two of us.“
“I’ve been here probably a dozen or so times since the first time I found them. I love it. All the staff are great, the prices are extremely reasonable, and the food is AMAZING. So flavorful and prepared with care. And they never skimp on portions. Truly a remarkable and must eat spot.“
“Great small restaurant with impeccable food. I ordered the lamb shank and it was perfectly cooked. The companion rice was layered and had great flavor as well.I would note the prices are a bit higher than other places, but if you’re looking for high quality Greek food- this is the spot!“
“recently had the pleasure of dining at Bilad Restaurant & Bakery in Richardson, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! As an Iraqi spot serving delicious Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, Bilad truly stands out.During my visits, I tried both the beef and chicken shawarma, and they were some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The perfectly seasoned meat, combined with their freshly baked Iraqi bread, made each bite a delight. Their mouthwatering spicy sauce added an extra kick of flavor. The restaurant was bustling on a Saturday afternoon, and although we had to wait a bit for a table, it was well worth it. The friendly staff greeted us with smiles, making us feel right at home. No wonder Bilad made it onto D Magazine’s 2023 List of 50 Best Restaurants in Dallas! And here’s a bonus: Bilad offers vegetarian options and serves halal meat. So whether you’re a meat lover or prefer plant-based dishes, you’ll find something to satisfy your cravings. If you’re in Richardson, don’t miss out on this gem. “Best Mediterranean food my family was looking for in Frisco/Plano area. Their vegetarian custom Platter with Falafel and all other sides is mouth watering! Baklava was delicious ?Vegetarian options: Please ask for vegetarian options and take the platter with hot pita bread.“

From the moment you step inside, the warm ambiance and inviting aromas set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The menu is a celebration of Syrian cuisine, showcasing a diverse array of dishes bursting with flavor and tradition. Start your meal with mezza, an assortment of small plates including hummus, baba ghanoush, and falafel, each meticulously prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic spices. For the main course, indulge in classics like shawarma, tender slices of marinated meat wrapped in warm pita bread and served with tangy tahini sauce. Alternatively, opt for the savory kibbeh, a dish of ground meat and bulgur wheat seasoned to perfection and fried to golden perfection. Also main dishes like kabseh and mandi offering a delightful balance of textures and flavors. Pair your meal with a refreshing glass of mint tea or traditional ayran yogurt drink for the perfect complement to your culinary journey. The hospitality at Old Dimuscus is as exceptional as the food, with attentive staff eager to ensure your dining experience is nothing short of memorable. “Olive Burger has become our family go to restaurant. Their burgers are always consistent and excellent in taste! Their fries and onion rings are a family favorite and my personal favorite is their grilled chicken Caesar wrap…service is super fast and it is budget friendly!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a family oriented environment and excellent fast food with healthy options!!“
“This family owned restaurant isn't very fancy inside, but the owners are super friendly, and the food was excellent. We all had platters of chicken or beef kabob with rice, hummus, tabouli, and lentil soup. It was delicious. We will be back.“
“Everything is HalalThis is the place where you can get real charcoal BBQ items.Chicken, Beef, Mutton/Goat Everything is so Awasome.Trust me, this place is for charcoal BBQ lovers.Mini Platter is good for small family 2 adult and 2 kids.Additionally, Nihari and Bihari Kabab are wonderful ...exactly the same as Karachi style (challenge to Jimmy and Signature Kabab)Enough parking space.Very nice ambiance.Good place for weekend dinner.Parking: Enough parking space.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible @ wheelchair.“
“MUST TRY. Located inside Walmart which is very convenient if you have to run errands in the store. Lovely food and lovely people. The food here is the closest thing to my home country Syria’s food. I will definitely have Shawarma Press on my go-to list when looking for somewhere to eat.“
“The food was outstanding. We were greeted warmly and the establishment was nice and pleasant. The only issue which almost wasn’t is that the waitress was young and a bit timid. She did not anticipate the needs of the table well, which made for repeated trips requesting items. She was a bit quiet and came and left quickly each time. This change overtime should she continue to wait tables, so in the scheme of things it did not ruin our visit. Gratuity was included even with a party of two. Never seen that before either. Tiramisu was the best I think I’ve ever had (no pic). I’d recommend for certain. Try the Shrimp Scampi for sure.“
“What a great find for authentic afghani food. People are so nice and make you feel right at home. The eggplant dish was the best I had in a restaurant. Rib eye kabob was so tender and rice was so special! Next time i come back for buffet to try everything! ?“
“This place did not disappoint at all. We had the lentil soup at the beginning, it was very flavorful and was one of the best lentil soup i tried so far. We then got the super mix kebab platter, it was a lot of food for 2 people but I’m not going to complain about that. The chicken kebab was very tender and juicy, it was well marinated and seasoned as well. The adana kebab, beef kofte, lamb kebab and lamb chops had a perfect amount of salt and pepper and was very tender as well, it was perfectly cooked. At the end I ordered my favorite desert, kunefe and black tea. Kunefe was crispy from outside and cheese inside, it was perfect balance. The black tea was a little watered down, did not taste much like tea I make at home but kunefe really stole the show so I did not care much. The staff was very nice and they were very quick when it came to bringing our food to the table, they even let us reserve a table and order food on the phone because we were late for iftar.Overall, its a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts seeking authentic flavors. Whether you're craving soul-warming soups or succulent kebabs, this establishment promises a culinary journey worth savoring.“
“This dish right here- pork gyio pita? She's the Marilyn Monroe of the menu, a real classic beauty with curves in all the right places. Just look at those layers, like she's dressed to impress in nothing but the finest—sauces that caress your palate like silk sheets. I've had the pleasure of her company four nights a week, and let me tell you, it's been a relationship full of passion and tears—tears of sheer joy, my friends.Parking: Easy parking!“
“Tried the Olive burger…because why not! The burgers and fries were really good. I’ve never had olives on a burger before but it was delicious. I’ll eat olives but I usually don’t see them out. Olives on a hamburger give it a salty flavoring that you didn’t know was missing. Definitely a great deal for the price. The portions were plenty. Definitely will be back.Parking: Tons of parking“
“I absolutely love this place! The service was nice, the food was fresh and the mint lemon juice was so delicious! The meat was savory and the naan was out of this world good! Highly recommend you give this local business a visit. You will keep coming back!“
“First time I went here it was with a friend and the food wasn’t the freshest. Second time was with my family and my wife was very happy and how clean the food was, can’t really complain for this quantity of Halal food and variety. Don’t expect the whole Lotta flavor though.“
“Extremely high value, a bit hidden neighborhood restaurant. Lots of menu choices all freshly made and served piping hot. Service is outstanding. Food is tasty and authentically Greek. On Saturday nights ( and perhaps others as well) they have a local singer for background music, which is very pleasant. Can’t wait to return to try other menu items.“
“After a long day of working, me and my business partner showed up to the restaurant at 9:55pm hungry and tired, 10mins till close, Sole really looked out, she told us she would take care of us and got us our order and gave us phenomenal customer service. Literally made our night after a long day and the food was amazing. Thank you Sole!!“
“Faith or Faye from the Garland store is amazing. She has great customer service and greeted me and my family with a smile. My daughter was also headed to chilpotle instead of cava but she convinced her to stay and try cava. After a few bites, she's a new cava fan. Thanks Faye! You are why customers keep coming to this store. Give her a raise. We will definitely be back!!!“
“We came here and truly enjoyed the food, the service and ambience. We got the family meal which was very large in portion size. It indicated 6-8 people but I think it could have fed another 4 people easily. Very happy with the food and will come back again! Highly recommend!“
“Service is impeccable. The workers are so sweet and helpful. I didn’t know it was a digital kitchen, meaning you can’t order there, you have to use your app. They helped me figure out how to place my order! Would definitely come here again for the convenience.“
“I made a mistake with a catering order and only ordered enough for two people. When an actuality I needed enough for 15. I showed up early to confirm my order was completed and was made aware that I only placed a small order and although the restaurant was not yet open the manager at the time quickly informed the kitchen staff that we would need enough food for 15 and cared enough about me and the group that I was feeding too quickly make enough that would feed the party that I was Entertaining. In the past have been a part of the restaurant industry, and know what great leadership looks like. Thank you Zach“
“What a superb experience we had ordering from Zorba's!Mousakka, dolmas, Grecian chicken, patitsio, and a large salad was enjoyed tremendously.Followed up with decadent baklava, baklava cheesecake, and rice pudding. They even had gluten free pita bread!Everything was so delicious and very little talking at the table due to all the great food!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pita bread“
“The lunch combos include your main, a side, and drink all at a super fair price. I'm from out of town but this would be one of my go to spots if I lived down here. The patio was nice and quiet, which was a welcome difference from the massive lunch crowd inside. I'd highly recommend any falafel lovers come here!“
“I was looking for some good kebab skewers over a fire grill. I found this place on google maps with very low review counts but high rating. The first thing they done right was have a website menu with beautiful pictures of the food. That was what convinced me to give it a try even though the pricing was a bit more expensive than what I wanted to pay for each meal. But if you go to any restaurant for this kind of food, the pricing is about right. This, of course, is not a sit down restaurant. But the service is great, they make the food fast and right in front of your face fresh. You can even do a bit of grocery shopping if you like, while the food is being made. I bought 3 of the combo meals and brought it back home. My housemates and I loved it. They love Mediterranean food and cook Greek food at home all the time. For me, it's a hit or miss sometimes. But what I have been missing was some of that middle eastern flare. I would say, the meats were grilled to perfection. The rice was heavenly. They give you a bit of pita bread for the sides, grilled tomato and onion. It was soooo soooo good. Wish people knew more about this place. I'm writing this review the next morning and still day dreaming about that fluffy delicious flavorful rice. So what are you waiting for? Go get some kebabs from here, tell them Anh sent you.“
“I’ve been coming to Casa Linda for a long time and I’ve never been here!! I guess this was one corner I never hit. I found them through Happy Cow looking for vegan options which are few and far between in this town. The menu is easy to manipulate and I highly recommend getting the bowl with a mix. They’ll let you mix two veggies and add a protein. Spinach and quinoa together was a great combo. The falafels are delicious and healthy (air fried), the hummus is creamy and wonderful. The free water was also delicious (cucumber enhanced). The only tiny tiny negative is there is quite an echo in the place so if loud noises are difficult for you, perhaps go during a quiet time or during school hours because kids can really light up the place with their excitement. This is my new fav Mediterranean place.Vegetarian options: Falafel, roasted cauliflower, tahini sauce, vegetable choices for bowls, hummus, pita bread. These items are also Vegan.“
“The service in this establishment is excellent with a very friendly staff who will greet you and treat you great until you leave! We even left a phone in the bathroom and they found it and kept it until we were able to pick it up. They have a 14.99$ buffet option and the food choices are amazing!!! I strongly recommend the beef kabob, gyro meat, tabuleh, lamb, and believe it or not, this Mediterranean spot even has an amazing quesadilla!!!! The ambiance is great, quiet, and they cater events!!! This is one of my favorite spots in Dallas!!! A hidden gem!“
“The decor is deceptive.. the place feels like a diner and isn't decorated with many warm elements. The music selection is an odd Latin/South American dance mix and though it matches the decor, it's a bit of a contrast with the food and the service. The food, first, was absolutely amazing. The hummus was so good and made with high quality ingredients and olive oil. One of the people in our party ate it directly out of the bowl with a spoon. The restaurant serves a lentil soup that had a really pleasing exotic blend of flavors, enhanced with sourness from either lemon or tomato. One of our party got a lamb tower and the meat was so tender and juicy.. It was definitely marinated at least overnight. I had a gyro.. the gyro was passable, but I'll be ordering a tower the next time I go back. The seasoned fries were amazing! We had a vegan in our party who really enjoyed the lentil soup and grilled vegetables. We didn't try the falafel, but they have it there. For dessert, we tried the cream puffs and baklava. The cream puffs had a pleasant mouth feel and were made of a light dough. When you bit down on them, they'd suddenly make a satisfying pop, releasing a cream that wasn't too sweet and had a taste reminiscent of ice cream. The baklava wasn't a typical filo dough pastry. It was a horseshoe shaped, rolled up, light and flaky pastry filled with minced pistachio in the center. I'd recommend both. The service was great! Our waitress was warm and friendly and her personality was super authentic! Did a great job of explaining dishes to us. Attentive and engaging without being overbearing. She genuinely seemed to like what she was doing and really enhanced the experience. Not necessarily the best setting for a formal dinner, but a great place to go get some really tasty Mediterranean food in a relaxed setting.Vegetarian options: Falafel, salads, grilled vegetablesKid-friendliness: Unpretentious atmosphere.. music is a bit loud, so kids won't disrupt the atmosphere.“
