“I visited Avalon Lounge for the first time, and now I can’t wait to come back! The atmosphere is fantastic—warm, stylish, and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish full of flavor. What impressed me the most was the outstanding service; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience memorable.

Considering they have only recently opened, they are already doing an incredible job. Avalon Lounge has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and an amazing atmosphere. Definitely a 5-star experience!“

“Horrible customer service experience tonight at CAVA. We’ve never been to the new CAVA by our house. So we thought we’d take a walk over there and give it a try. We walked in and there were four employees behind the counter. I don’t know how much more obvious we could’ve been that we were brand new to the CAVA experience, but not one of the four employees even greeted us. We took a moment to look at the menu and decided to have the lemon chicken bowl, and the falafel wrap. There were no prices listed for drinks. You should fix that. We literally had to stand there while they kept walking around looking at us and not even saying hello. Finally someone asked if they could help us. I said I’d like the falafel wrap and he promptly walked away without asking what my dining companion wanted. We didn’t know where to stand so we went back to the beginning of the service line. Finally the second guy asked if there was something else we wanted. I told him I wanted the lemon chicken bowl as well. They made up our food silently, no eye contact, no conversation. We got to the checkout and the lady was absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly. We paid for our meal and went and sat down. The food was delicious but the inhospitable attitude of the staff was palpable and disappointing. Something needs to be done about the greeting and ordering experience. Systems need to be in place where people feel welcome. If the food weren’t so good, I definitely would never go back. I’m hoping someone will see this and make some effort to put a system in place where people are made to feel welcome at these new restaurants, otherwise, you are doomed. There are literally five other restaurants in the shopping center where this new CAVA is located. If customers want to be treated better, and they only will be treated better at other restaurants, CAVA will close down very quickly.“

“I've been to Luna Grill Plano twice now (back-to-back 😅), and it has quickly become one of my favorite places for fresh Mediterranean food.

I've ordered the salmon plate both times with rice and the house salad, and it has been consistently excellent. The salmon is cooked perfectly every time—slightly crispy on the outside while staying tender and flaky on the inside. The rice is always fresh and flavorful, and the house salad is made with crisp lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and comes with a fresh lemon on the side.

One of my favorite parts is the tzatziki sauce. It tastes incredibly fresh and homemade, and it's so good that I always ask for an extra one!

I always order takeout, but everything is clearly made fresh to order. While I wait, the staff is incredibly welcoming. They're always friendly, ask about my rewards account, let me know how many points I've earned, and even bring my takeout order to me while I'm sitting down. They've even offered me a cup for water while I wait, which is such a thoughtful touch.

I definitely plan on trying more of the menu eventually, but for now I'm happily stuck on the salmon plate because it's just that good. If you're looking for fresh, high-quality Mediterranean food with consistently great service and genuinely kind staff, I highly recommend Luna Grill Plano!“

“I am indeed a foodie and very picky about restaurants in the DFW area. However, Chef Gorji met my high standards with foods that were amazingly prepared. You can't go wrong with whatever you order but the Sea Bass and Vegetarian Lasagna had me wanting more. The grill vegetables were so well prepared I was left shocked by the seasoning he used. He is also a very humble and kind man and that is an extra bonus. If you want good food in Dallas look no further go to Gorji Restaurant and enjoy good food. Dr. Lisa“
