“I have not had the chance to try CAVA until last night, never even heard of the place. As far as first impressions go, the restaurant has a minimalist atmosphere, focusing on the menu and bringing your attention solely to the aroma of the seasonings and herbs used in their dishes, you’re met with an order system similar to chipotle but they offer their own unique dish variants, and they have several options for refreshing lemonades; I personally opted for the Cucumber Lime. I chose to get a bowl and let my imagination go crazy for the ingredients and still ended up with a delicious meal. Once I finished my bowl, I knew exactly what I wanted for my next dinner. I ventured to the CAVA at The Legacy, this is where I was met with superb customer service, barely any words were said but he understood exactly where I was coming from when I asked for extra servings and supplied me with an exuberant amount of lamb (at my request), making my experience MUCH more pleasant. Thank you CAVA and thank you most of all Eric! I will be back!“

I was unfortunate enough to drop my phone in the storm drain getting out of the car at the valet and we went inside and asked for a crowbar or something to lift the drain cover and hopefully retrieve it. To our complete shock a little bit of time passed and a server came by with my phone in hand wiping it off and delivering it to the table like magic! Incredible. We ordered the hummus, the tabbouleh, the lentil soup, the dolma, and the falafel. All of it was incredibly good. I've never had such light and crispy falafel in my life. The dolmas were so flavorful. All of it was delicious, and I'm wishing this place was next door to my house. Support this place. It is a bright gem.

“Beautiful little place! I have never eaten at a Turkish establishment and was wonderfully surprised. I absolutely loved the Shephard Salad with the cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, oil with lemon juice and salt. Divine! The Lahmacun I feel would have been a 10 if it had chunks of tomatoes, peppers and cilantro but it was none the less delish! The Kusbasili Pide was wonderful with lovely chunks of green peppers and tomatoes! The Adana Kebob was not oil and paired nicely with the Tzatziki sauce and flavored rice. Tasty on the palate but not spicy! The wait staff was knowledgeable and very patient as we ordered and checked on us several times. Lite jazz music played while we sat and enjoyed our food. Prices are reasonable. If you are looking to try something new and different for your palate or a date night, try them!

“Horrible customer service experience tonight at CAVA. We’ve never been to the new CAVA by our house. So we thought we’d take a walk over there and give it a try. We walked in and there were four employees behind the counter. I don’t know how much more obvious we could’ve been that we were brand new to the CAVA experience, but not one of the four employees even greeted us. We took a moment to look at the menu and decided to have the lemon chicken bowl, and the falafel wrap. There were no prices listed for drinks. You should fix that. We literally had to stand there while they kept walking around looking at us and not even saying hello. Finally someone asked if they could help us. I said I’d like the falafel wrap and he promptly walked away without asking what my dining companion wanted. We didn’t know where to stand so we went back to the beginning of the service line. Finally the second guy asked if there was something else we wanted. I told him I wanted the lemon chicken bowl as well. They made up our food silently, no eye contact, no conversation. We got to the checkout and the lady was absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly. We paid for our meal and went and sat down. The food was delicious but the inhospitable attitude of the staff was palpable and disappointing. Something needs to be done about the greeting and ordering experience. Systems need to be in place where people feel welcome. If the food weren’t so good, I definitely would never go back. I’m hoping someone will see this and make some effort to put a system in place where people are made to feel welcome at these new restaurants, otherwise, you are doomed. There are literally five other restaurants in the shopping center where this new CAVA is located. If customers want to be treated better, and they only will be treated better at other restaurants, CAVA will close down very quickly.“

“Just ate at the buffet and it was the best tasting food ever!! The breaded fish, cabbage salad, chickpea salad, and pasta salad were my favorite. Each dish had its own unique blend of spice and flavor that complimented each other, then I had the Carmel dessert which was light and fluffy. The service was friendly and kind, we even took some coconut dessert home. The added bonus to such an amazing buffet was to see how clean the restrooms were, you could tell that a lot of effort was put in to make it that sanitary. I am excited to go again in the future!“

“The food was pretty great. I got the tilapia plate, shawarma sandwich, and 3 beef tacos. The price did not seem to match on the menu but this was in my favor. I expected to pay $60-70 for the three meals and drinks but we ended up at $47. The food was really good, but the fish and shawarma did lack some salt however that can often be to taste. My 12-yr old brother really approved of both the tacos and the shawarma sandwich. The tacos were on par with some very good Mexican street stands I've tried. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Unlike other reviews, I did not see 20% gratuity added automatically. I look forward to visiting again!
