“I want share my experience. I have a paper gift card ($25)with multiple businesses, Panera is on the card, for some reason it kept declining. Kayla went to get her Mgr. Cheyenne who tried to get it to work to no avail.... she apologized and offered to comp my meal and says save the card for another time. I appreciate them for going that extra mile. 😊💕“
“Shout out to the Panera Manager at Panera Bread located at 6280 Tennyson Pkwy, Suite 101, Plano TX 75024. He went above and beyond when DoorDash didn't deliver my order correctly. My order#6051716139400261 had two drinks and DoorDash Dropped the ball. But the Panera Manager made it right and drove all the way to my location to drop off my drink and added one of their wonderful treats to make up for DoorDashes mistake. I want to tell the Manager at Panera Bread at Tennyson, Thank you so, so much for caring about your customers. You truly went above and beyond and may endless Blessings go your way. Cheers!!!“
“Our book club meets here and the service is always great, especially since we usually stay late and are the last ones to leave.
Yesterday Kay was exceptional! She went above and beyond with our orders, took awesome photos for our group and made sure we were all set before leaving (aka locking the doors behind us. 🤣)
