Panera Bread in Mckinney

“I normally don’t do Google reviews, but I felt really inspired to give one today. I got sick to my stomach at work and had to leave, and I really wanted to chicken noodle soup from Panera to calm it down. While driving from work, I called the store and explained my situation to the manger so I could pop in and out and prevent others from getting sick. She was so lovely and had it all ready for me by the time I got there and told me numerous times that she hopes I feel better soon. Super sweet lady. Made my day.“

“I have visited over twenty different Paneras simply because I know the menu by heart. Ordinarily, I do not go to Panera expecting top-tier service or exceptional quality. However, because of this specific location, I will definitely be going back for their high-quality service.

To start, my food came out quickly and was actually warm.
Furthermore, even when a Sunday brunch rush rolled in and mistakes happened, the staff still kept a positive, happy attitude.
In addition, I was actually asked if I needed anything, which is definitely not my normal Panera experience.
On top of all that, the restaurant is so clean that I would not hesitate to eat off the floor. I cannot wait to come back!“
