“Sip Club post - Panera has a customer loyalty program called Sip Club. For a small monthly charge (various discounts on price offered during the year for new subscribers or renewals) you get UNLIMITED “sips” - ie, beverages - for the month. I’ve been here three times in one day. Limited to open access beverages only - see pics. Not on handcrafted beverages. Sips include hot and iced coffee, sweet and unsweetened tea, hot teas and sodas. All free with Sip Club! Coffee creamers include 2%, Half and Half and Almond milk. You can order ahead or at the kiosk as you walk in. Busy times are traditional meal times. Plenty of open, surface parking immediately outside the restaurant.“
“I stopped in for a snack last night at my favorite Panera which is the one on Lemmon Avenue. I was waited on by the Manager on Duty. His name is Korey Allen. He gave us great service complete with a smile. He is well informed about Panera products and answered all my questions. Keep up the good work, Korey!“
“Employees are friendly despite the fact that this location is CONSTANTLY busy! I like to order ahead through the app and my orders have never been incorrect. It can be hard to hear the employees/for them to hear you because of how echoey the lobby is, but that’s nobody’s fault.“

Great hazelnut coffee with all the sides that you can add on your own ( half and half , cinnamon ., almond milk , honey ) and how much you like with no extra charge unlike other coffee shops they charge you for every little additions !!
Steak and eggs was the best with great portion of protein :)
They even give me cup of water for my GS☺️🐶

“I do not usually review on airport services because they are usually subpar at best. But this Panera bread is the exception! The staff is nice, they keep the dining area clean, and the coffee is fresh. The coffee is better than the cup you can get at Starbucks a few gates down. Less wait too. Give it a try.“
“We were greeted right when we came in. The staff was super friendly and when are food tasted amazing. Only problem was our food seemed a bit cold but we brushed it off and finished our meal. We let them know so they could improve for next time and they were so kind and offered us a new meal and we told them to not worry about it and insisted on giving us something because they were terribly sorry so we got a cranberry orange slice which also tasted great. An amazing place truly and we will be coming again!“
