“Food was great, but the young lady that checked us out wasn't the most pleasant. I noticed her paitence was incredibly thin and she seemed bothered we were ordering. I hope she is being treated well and feels ok as it was very different from the experience I normally have at Paneras.“

“Employees are friendly despite the fact that this location is CONSTANTLY busy! I like to order ahead through the app and my orders have never been incorrect. It can be hard to hear the employees/for them to hear you because of how echoey the lobby is, but that’s nobody’s fault.“
“Panera is my favorite place to eat during the week or weekend, but I’ve been very disappointed about the lack of food options due to limited ingredients. This has caused me to only go on certain days and sometimes not order my usual items. Hopefully, the menu will be updated and meet customers expectations.“
“The location on Beltine!!! My service and order was soo amazing , i wanted to leave a review!!! Everyone was welcoming and said Good Morning , i love that!!!! My cashier was Makaelin , she was very sweet, polite, and patient the whole time. I will say i was waiting for my order for a few more minutes than I expected but everything was so fresh and hot! I had the maple pecan and strawberry oatmeal , it is bland to me but luckily I order some sweet brown sugar on the side to add in , super good! I also had the cinnamon crunch bagel , OMG it tastes super good , obviously it was my first time trying Panera and i would go back !! 10/10“
