Panera Bread in Prosper

“Taking off one star due to a bad recent experience. Got 2 chocolate croissants and an almond croissant. All three were undercooked, and you could taste and feel the dough. Usually, this branch of the university, Prosper has good quality, but this time we were very disappointed.“

“Y'all need to try Panera again if you were dissatisfied a few months ago. My favorite manager, Casey, from my Richardson Panera was transferred out there a month or so ago. He was great with customers and staff and we miss him terribly here. The staff was always happy and on task especially if he was on duty. He was here near every day. He greeted regulars by name and you could find him at the front, in the kitchen, cleaning tables and floors. Rarely saw him relax and was always smiling. Give him and the Prosper Panera another try! 😍“
