“I frequent this Panera location pretty frequently; a few times a month. The location is always very clean, staff is polite, food is delicious. Today they went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience following a shortage of an item I ordered. Roger and the other gentleman whom I believe is also a manager exceeded expectations with their efforts, very positive outcome. I will continue to frequent this location, highly recommend.“
