I have been coming to Panera Bread for quite some time, but this was my first visit to this particular location.
Natalie at the drive-thru was absolutely wonderful! They were giving out complimentary Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls along with a car freshener with the same scent, and Natalie was so kind, sweet, and generous.

Panera’s food has been tasting a bit bland lately. I wish JAB would invest more time and money in bolder flavors and bring back the quality that made Panera a favorite. A little more love in the kitchen would go a long way.
