It's Starbucks, what else can I say
I love this store because it's very close to my home. However, I was very disappointed with my experience this morning.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered an iced white chocolate mocha with vanilla cold foam and mocha drizzle on top. When the barista handed me my drink at the window, I noticed it had caramel drizzle all over the top instead. Before I took the drink, I politely told her that I had asked for mocha drizzle, not caramel.
