Watched the girl make my brown sugar oatmilk with regular milk. Even asked her at the window if it was the oatmilk and she said yes. Buy it was the same gallon jug used to make my husband's Carmel latte. Don't worry, she didn't forget to up charge me for the oat milk I did not get. I'm not lactose intolerant so I didn't want to hold up the line, so I didn't want to argue.Dietary restrictions: Watch like a hawk bc they lie!
Ok, if you want to brighten your day early in the morning, stop at this location and go to drive thru!!! You will see Mark!!! He is always helpful, HAPPY, friendly and he will greet you the best way possible!!! And I say always because I’ve been getting my coffee there for years now, and the smile is always on his face! So I have been a regular customer at this store for years and I will forever say that this is THE BEST STARBUCKS! The employees know me by name, they know my drink and they know my family. The manager is always bright and positive and the service you get at the window is immaculate! I truly appreciate each employee. If I am having a rough day , know they work hard to make you smile. I’m not even coming for the coffee anymore - I come for the people ❤️
