Wait times in the drive thru after 3 pm can some times be ridiculous, and after 5 pm make sure you get your correct order and made correctly too that doesn't always happen! Staff is to busy talking, laughing, cutting up and playing instead of focusing on the orders in front of them or on the screen in order to actually getting them right, its almost a skill or goal for them to get the orders wrong after 4pm especially when ordering inside. I think this Taco Bell gets a bad reputation. Every time I come the food is out quick, never missing a thing, food is great quality. I highly recommend! Went there tonight and the food is great.

I know that in today's world, you don't have to be ince in the drive-thru anymore. But for the love of God, the guy at the window looked like I just killed his cat. He looked mad at me.
