So the food is good. The service is horrendous. Sometimes I wait 20 minutes in line when there is one car in front of me. So is this a fast food place or a slow food place. They really need to study Chic Fila. There is always something missing or the order is wrong. Sometimes no straws, sometimes no cheese, sometimes no napkins. I am comparing to chic filet -So the chicken sandwich was extremely dry.The fries when well done are decent. The spicy ketchup was unique and I recommend it.But the two burgers we got felt soggy and lukewarm...My coworkers keeps telling me to give it a try again since the first time I tried I had food poisoning..Probably won't come back again in the foreseeable future.Not my cup of tea.
