They cant keep this place staffed which leads to them picking and choosing what they will serve off menu,,couldnt get breakfast at midnight even tho they are suppose to serve it,,this location is always having issues,,to bad the food is good when you can get it

The last few times we have gone to this Whataburger, the food and service has been terrible. Tonight, it was so bad that I felt the need to post about it. The boy working the drive thru looked miserable and was not friendly at all. They got our drinks wrong, the large shake we bought was only 3/4 full, the bun on my burger was soggy, and the fries were hard!! I guess we’ll have to stick to going to the one on firewheel pkwy.

Hire someone whose only job is to check the bag of food and make sure all items are included. Because I’m tired of driving all the way bag up because you leave out items. Especially to argue with the drive thru and then accuse me of lying about their screwup. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

This is by far the worst Whataburger I have been to. I had to ask for my receipt. Then, the wings they gave me were little half-inch nuggets that didn't even fill half of the container.

Minimum 25-minute wait. Fries are always cold and nasty. Diningroom full of pissed off guests waiting for food and management doesn't seem to care. I wish I could say it's only this location, but it's not. This is the worst one I have been to though.
Went to this location just for a “quick” lunch.Ordered two meal items, and repeatedly requested DIET Dr Pepper, but the man on the speaker kept responding with regular Dr Pepper. I told my husband that I 100% believed we were going to get the full sugar soda.We waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru. I know because I literally timed it on my phone. People behind us waiting eventually took off.When we finally paid for our food, we took a look inside and the restaurant was empty!Got home and the fries we had were cold and stale, and surprise surprise we ended up having Full sugar Dr Pepper.

I order a potato egg cheese taquito. Tell me why I received a sausage taquito. I get back to the window and the guys gives me bacon egg taquito. I can’t make this up. I don’t eat pork. I’m not understanding what the disconnect is. Finally got my order right after the third time. I get my SALTY A** Potato Egg Cheese Taquito. Don’t eat here at this location. Not sure what’s going on in there kitchen.

Morning Manager with bangs does not know how to talk to people. Treating employees poorly and walked around yelling at staff. Poor service and toxic work environment to be in. Overall food was okay but atmosphere not up to standard.
