I could understand how they get frustrated when their computer freezes and they can't get anyone out. It's time to upgrade you equipment. I go very often in the morning and it seems almost everytime it's not working.“

Ordering was a breeze thanks to the easy-to-use app. It made customizing my order and pickup super simple, which I really appreciated. But what really sets Firehouse Subs apart, in my opinion, are the people. The employees at the Richardson location (Plano Rd & Beltline Rd) are outstanding—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming every time I visit.

I can’t speak for every Firehouse Subs location, but this one gets two thumbs way up from me! If you haven’t tried them yet, I highly recommend giving them a shot. You won’t be disappointed.“

“I have been coming to this Schlotzsky’s for 10+ years and can honestly say I love the fresh buns that are made daily and my go to is the Bacon Beefy Smokey cheesy on jalapeño bread paired with jalapeños chips and a coke! 10/10 for sure. The owners take pride in this place and you can tell. One day I will make sure to use them for catering! Love this place and can’t wait to go back again soon.“

“Came in a few weeks ago and ordered a BBQ chicken pizza in the drive thru, unfortunately, when I got back to the office I noticed it had too much sauce and was a bit raw in the middle. I called the store and Anthony was very kind and offered to replace my pizza. Went in today and he was able to take my order and ensure my pizza was correct. Usually great food and service and appreciate they went above and beyond to make it right.“

“I stopped at this location after my visit to the Drs because I was in the mood for a Philly Cheese steak and Jersey Mike's is the Only place I'll get them. Friendly staff and great food and it pays to sign up in the app because I had enough points to get a free Giant Philly that's normally $16ish clean inside as well as the bathroom.“

I ordered the toasted roast beef and cheddar last week and unfortunately didn’t get the crispy onions, seems small but was one of the things that made me change my order last minute! Lots of meat though, could’ve used some hot peppers for extra flavor. Small interior with not a lot of seating, but good for to go orders. Easy to locate and lots of parking!“

“Good sandwiches & side items. Came here for lunch early this week during work store visit nearby. It was busy with lunch crowd but the service was quick & friendly. The vibe was nice I’m restaurant, busy with everyone having a good time eating & catching up. First time at this location, was not sure what to order but the staff was quick to make recommendations when I asked for meaty & cheesy sandwich. I was so hungry I went ahead & added a cup of chili which definitely hit the spot along with drink & Cheetos. The staff at register actually recognized me from another job they used to work at, great friendly service & was nice to be remembered! Good lunch spot whether in a hurry or to sit down for a good warm meal, good quality & service with a smile. If you like sandwiches and variety this is a good place to come to. 😁“

There was a promo to buy a sandwich and get another free if your name starts with the letter BR. So I came fairly late at night and the manager was really kind and patient with me. The store was really clean. I assumed it was brand new but it's been around for a year now. I did not eat at the store but the sandwiches were delicious when we ate them at home. We will definitely be back for more sandwiches.“

“First time ordering food from this location. Picked this location cause the reviews were sightly higher than the other location around me.

1st of all the cashier was rude to me at first. I was ordering 4 sandwiches & had make call verification there sandwich. Like if I needed to get them toasted or not.

I can’t help it that she was only one working but no reason to rush me especially when there wasn’t anyone else in line behind me.

When the customers should alway come first no matter how short handed you are.
