I could understand how they get frustrated when their computer freezes and they can't get anyone out. It's time to upgrade you equipment. I go very often in the morning and it seems almost everytime it's not working.“

“Left the courthouse for a seatbelt ticket and needed comfort food. Firehouse Subs did not disappoint. I got the medium meatball firehouse sandwich, a brownie and medium drink. Well, the drink was on the house after I doubled back and tried to buy a drink and he just gave it to me. Great team, great food, great value!“

The employees at the Richardson location (Plano Rd & Beltline Rd) are outstanding—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming every time I visit.

“The customer service at this location is awesome. They went above and beyond to solve an app problem. We really enjoy Schlotzakys and order from the app almost every week. The reward points program is solid and we are able to get free food relatively frequently. One giant size sandwich feeds four of us. The original is our favorite. This location was busy but our sandwiches were made timely. The construction on frontage in front of this restaurant makes the entrance and exit difficult.“

“Came in a few weeks ago and ordered a BBQ chicken pizza in the drive thru, unfortunately, when I got back to the office I noticed it had too much sauce and was a bit raw in the middle. I called the store and Anthony was very kind and offered to replace my pizza. Went in today and he was able to take my order and ensure my pizza was correct. “I have been an avid Jersey Mike’s fan for over a decade, providing me my first high school job to now being a regular customer. We are so, so lucky to have this location as our neighborhood sandwich shop. The changes that have occurred over the last few years seem to stem directly from their manager, who constantly goes out of his way to provide a clean and well-managed experience.

The staff is immensely friendly, particularly the lunch crew, and consistently provide Mike’s high standards to our lunch.

The vibe was nice I’m restaurant, busy with everyone having a good time eating & catching up. First time at this location, was not sure what to order but the staff was quick to make recommendations when I asked for meaty & cheesy sandwich. I was so hungry I went ahead & added a cup of chili which definitely hit the spot along with drink & Cheetos. There was a promo to buy a sandwich and get another free if your name starts with the letter BR. So I came fairly late at night and the manager was really kind and patient with me. The store was really clean. I assumed it was brand new but it's been around for a year now. I did not eat at the store but the sandwiches were delicious when we ate them at home.
