“The staff is always nice, friendly and efficient. But I feel terrible for them cause more often than not their POS isn't working. I could understand how they get frustrated when their computer freezes and they can't get anyone out. It's time to upgrade you equipment. I go very often in the morning and it seems almost everytime it's not working.“

“Love this Firehouse location and drive to it even though there’s another store closer to home. Their customer service makes a big difference.

Especially today with Rayne. I couldn’t figure out how to activate a reward on my Firehouse app like a dummy, and started to be kind of a jerk, yet Rayne was incredibly patient, kind, smiled and helped me redeem the reward.

What she didn’t know is I was extremely frustrated with something else going on personally, that I had just learned about before walking in, hence why I started to lose my patience a bit. Rayne was exactly who you would want taking care of your customers, can’t stress enough how awesome she was.“

“My first time visiting. Got the smokey pepperjack and turkey and super max spud with the "choose 2". They were good, but I didn't know the sandwich would be a 3 inch - didn't measure just looked like it. Sandwiches come 6 or 12 inch, a midway 8 or 9 would be nice. I did appreciate the actual plate and silverware. Zach was a delight, he tried to help me choose but everything looked good! I REALLY loved the playlist!! I was going to return to working from home but stayed longer for the music. A couple even complimented me on my singing before they left😁I'll be back to try a premium sandwich.“

“One of the best restaurant staff I have seen on this side of the city. We ordered $5 pizzas through the mobile app and I did not look at the pricing carefully. The app gave a $5 promotion for one pizza and the rest was in full prize. I did not realize until I picked up the pizzas from the restaurant. I returned to the restaurant to ask them if they could do something. Unfortunately system did not allow them to do any store credit or return the money. The staff suggested to call the manager. But, surprisingly 10 minutes later one of the store staff called me and she took care of everything by talking to the manager herself on the phone. They revised the bill.

“Came in a few weeks ago and ordered a BBQ chicken pizza in the drive thru, unfortunately, when I got back to the office I noticed it had too much sauce and was a bit raw in the middle. I called the store and Anthony was very kind and offered to replace my pizza. Went in today and he was able to take my order and ensure my pizza was correct. Usually great food and service and appreciate they went above and beyond to make it right.“

I can tell everyone, Mrs. DeShun prepared my Wreck Salad and Wreck Sandwich with care as if preparing for Herself or Family. I have definitely found a new Potbelly Home. I would also like to say this was Christmas Eve and near closing & I was not treated with any annoyance.“

“I have not been to a firehouse sub since pre pandemic days. I did not know about this location until today. There was a promo to buy a sandwich and get another free if your name starts with the letter BR. So I came fairly late at night and the manager was really kind and patient with me. The store was really clean. I assumed it was brand new but it's been around for a year now. I did not eat at the store but the sandwiches were delicious when we ate them at home. We will definitely be back for more sandwiches.“

“The best cold subs in Richardson TX! I really dig the Italian sub. This place blow SubWay out of the water. I wonder how well it holds up against Firehouse across the street (I'm new to both chains, after being a SubWay fan for 7 years). Will be back for more and more!

The Philly Cheesesteak combo is phenomenal, I’ve already purchased it 3x, and they have a special Parmesan Peppercorn Philly that’s next on my list! They offer excellent customer service, host a great atmosphere with music & arcade games, plus the establishment is clean & well maintained !✨ I got a small Philly Cheesesteak with fries and a large delicious strawberry lemonade for approx. $14.25! (It’s a bit pricier but the quality is A1) - I highly recommend 10/10

The cashier/owner was not so friendly and was constantly pushing workers to move faster. I told her that this location was one of the fastest to serve the food, and she needed to be thankful she had fast employees.“

Friendly staff and great food and it pays to sign up in the app because I had enough points to get a free Giant Philly that's normally $16ish clean inside as well as the bathroom.“

“Loved this location. It's very clean inside. The staff is quick and attentive when taking orders. It was busy but the line moved smoothly. Workers had on gloves and greeted customers coming in and when leaving. I called before arriving to ask about accepting coupons. The employee said they do. When arriving saw sign stating they take coupons but for specific subs only mainly the pork subs( ham, Italian, cold cut combo, pepperoni), and do not honor BOGO. Other locations visited you could order any sub with coupons as long as it wasn't any of the new featured subs. Guess it depends on locations, owner, etc...“

“This Subway is not franchised and is independent. The owners are very friendly and very hard working. They were super happy and helpful when I was there and it's always nice to see that. Food tasted better than the usual subway and I would highly suggest giving this place a shot if you drive by this area.“

“Hot dog! That’s not what I got here, I got a roast beef sandwich and by golly was it delicious! I had some cash money on a door dash gift card and it was my turn to choose where we ate for date night. It wasn’t any regular date night either, it was my 10th anniversary! So per customary we went somewhere we could afford when we were first married. So dinner for 2 came out about $20 or so but because it was a gift card: $0.00. That’s how poor I used to be. “This location has a large lobby. During the lunch rush, there are 5 employees behind the counter. This makes the line move very quickly. When I walked in, there were three people ahead of me, but they were able to make all the sandwiches quickly. I did not have to wait. The store is located in a strip mall in the north West corner. There is plenty of parking.“
