Came in a few weeks ago and ordered a BBQ chicken pizza in the drive thru, unfortunately, when I got back to the office I noticed it had too much sauce and was a bit raw in the middle.
I called the store and Anthony was very kind and offered to replace my pizza. Went in today and he was able to take my order and ensure my pizza was correct.
Usually great food and service and appreciate they went above and beyond to make it right.

Wow this place is absolutely amazing when it comes to sandwiches.
I love Schlotzsky's !!! Just don't go too often. Wonderful sandwiches!

Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli is a clean and well-run location. The entire facility was clean, and the food was fresh. The manager and staff are friendly, with employees providing amazing customer service. They are sweet, patient, and attentive, going the extra mile to make visits special. Orders are always accurate, fast, and hot. The store is very clean and staff is uniform. Customers enjoyed a Small Deluxe Original Sour Dough sandwich and the best turkey sandwich. The bread was fresh and turkey warm with all the trimmings. This is probably the best run Schlotzsky's in the metroplex and should be a model for other locations.
