Subway in Garland and Mesquite offers a mixed dining experience. While the food is generally good, the service can be inconsistent, with some staff members needing to improve their attitude. However, the assistant manager and their colleagues, including B Linda, are praised for their excellent customer service and friendly demeanor. Customers have noted that B Linda is perfect and deserves a raise for her always smiling and presentable nature. Additionally, a staff member known for being friendly, helpful, and patient has received positive feedback for providing great service.
