Yesterday, food was good but girl(I can’t call her lady because pure immature) needs attitude check. If not this place will go down. I am glad that guy served me. Please management take this into consideration. This is the only 4.1 reviewed subway around garland and mesquite.

Ordered online, I was treated so rudely when I went to pick it up, the guy 1st. act like he didnt see when I arrive, and ask me to show him my ID and order number! This didn't make any sense to me, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. I there the order had my name on it and he asking me to show ID and the order number didn't make any sense.

It's two lil girls that's working tonight. They both are rude! As soon as I walked in the girl screamed, READ THE DOOR! THAT WAS THE FIRST MISTAKE. She scared me she yelled so loud. I looked at the door then came back in and asked what all do the have be it was a long list of what they don't have. She said something so fast with a attitude, I didn't even know what she said. I asked why do she have an attitude?,all I did was asked what did they have. She got t going off screaming at me. Then the other worker with red braids jumped in and start cussing me out. These girls should not be in any restaurants with the attitude and yelling at customers. I told them I'll just call cooperate and they both stated they don't care! I will never spend my money there ever. Customer service sucks at this subway. I will be contacting cooperate

I was given my 6-inch sandwich at 5 inches. when i saw the bread i asked the worker if that was 6 inches politely, he checked and it was clearly less but still used it. easily could've cut another loaf. i am very disappointed and i am very angry. i will be coming here again because i love subway.** EDIT, JUST TOOK A BITE AND MY BREAD IS SUUPER STALE.

So not happy with this location anymore! Where did the old crew go!? The employees like Andrew and the other girl Shelby I think. They took pride in the job and also were great with the customers. This location has a lot of employee's that are not trained and do not care! Pretty sad because this was the best location I had ever been to, not anymore. The owner of this location better find some new employees or no one will be coming to this location!

This store was great web. Andrew and Shelby were running this store. It has gone down hill! I don't everN want to go this this licationThey do not what a deluxe all American is!!@no*Nicole was fantastic! Andrew and Shelby is always awesome!! Customer service is above and beyond. Our food was great! We have not had subway in years but I come back to this one now 3 to 4x a week Thank you Andrew, Shelby, and Nicole.

Don’t expect to use any of Subway’s promos here. They will tell you they “aren’t participating”. They also do not serve breakfast at all. It seems like subway allows their franchise owners to set their own rules. I will not be back to this location again.

Get these people some help!!!! Where is the manager for this place? 2 young girls trying to wait on a dozen people. Service is normally slow and was extremely slow today. All the ingredients were empty. They had to stop and work the cash register. To go orders coming in left and right. Come on people! I have to say I would be stressed to the max but the girls were nice and doing the best they could. GET THEM SOME HELP
