Yesterday, I was rushing to get something to eat because I didn’t have much time before my lunch break was over, and I knew that this location has fast service with quality food and good prices. I was very thankful that even though the line was long, the service was so fast that I didn’t wait but a couple of minutes. Exceptional service!
I stopped by Wendy’s recently, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received. The restaurant was clean, the food came out fast, fresh, and hot, but what really stood out was the staff. The manager, Federico, was a huge help! He went out of his way to make sure our order was completely accurate and greeted us with a genuine, welcoming attitude. Not even 1 AM and they ignored me and closed way early. I showed up at 12:12 AM. Ridiculous.
