Food is made well and service is incredible

Wendy's restaurant has received mixed reviews. Some customers have reported issues with the service, such as long wait times and unenthusiastic management. One customer mentioned that the manager seemed disinterested and served them cold, unappetizing fries. However, the staff was praised for their quick thinking and replacement of the fries with a fresh batch.
On the other hand, other customers have had positive experiences, noting the fast service and correct orders. Although, there was a complaint about the drive-through microphone being unclear and difficult to use.
Overall, the food quality has been praised, with specific mention of a delicious and well-stacked burger. The inconsistency in service and technical issues may need to be addressed for a more enjoyable customer experience.
